I believe so long as we walk after the Spirit, we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh and sin. But it is quite a hard thing to learn and certainly cannot be done without the HOLY GHOST! How can we walk after the Spirit without having the Spirit?

And "walking in the Spirit" means trusting in, relying in, depending on the Spirit to work through me (not me working for the Spirit).
To all those who believe he gives the power to be the Sons of God. We are adopted, justified, made righteous, drawn to God, redeemed and saved by the Spirit. It's all a work of the Holy Spirit
