Because we are discussing something that already has an extensive scholarly treatment, it's kind of silly to keep demanding footnotes.
Now, concerning the charge of "revisionism" - Why was this article by PCI co-founder John H. Dearing removed from the required reading material for ALL UPCI MINISTERS? (See attachment).
This article obviously opens up the possibility of salvation for those who did not "Obey
Acts 2:38®." Dearing had to be silenced.
