I've only seen the opposite confirmed.
What is silly is that I wouldn't doubt, had there been a uniqueness to the claim, supernatural intervention if it
was a perfectly timed meteor. But this story seems like they are trying too hard to make it into something it is not -- much like they do with the scriptures
