Tell us Prax...do these words mean what they instruct to the NT church?
BTW....I "pastored" the lady....she gave me fits, as well as 3 other pastors that I personally know. Her problem is that she desires the position of authority...which is not a woman's in the church. O...lest I forget...prophecy is a gift of the Spirit...not "preaching sermons."

So I guess you gave up on the "screaming is for men" line?
BTW I already addressed this verse earlier. They do mean what they instruct to the NT church. The problem is you don't understand the instructoin
So now that you changed the point again to a different one let me ask this, again, How is a woman to pray or prophesy if she is to be silent. You're quoting scriptures that don't tell us HOW a woman is to preach, which was your original assertion. If you are gonna use these verses as a blanket statement then you must apply them that way.
So the fallacy of your argument is then that a woman CAN preach as long as she does so without raising her voice?
Which still begs the original question of whether or not raising the voice is being like a man, which is essential if she is to prophecy
