A real email from the president of my HOA yesterday:
“In walking around the neighborhood this morning I noticed that some dog owners are not being responsible for picking up their animal's poop. At a minimum, this is inconsiderate to the people whose yards are befouled. It's also unsightly, smelly, and quite frankly presents a potential health risk…”
