Trump's presidential hopes tarnished by African-American comments

WASHINGTON — His troubles with "the blondes" are well-documented, but now Donald Trump is in hot water with "the blacks" _ the cringe-worthy term he used this week to describe African-Americans, a segment of the population once warm to his potential run for U.S. president.
"I have a great relationship with the blacks," Trump said earlier this week in a radio interview.
He added that the overwhelming African-American support for U.S. President Barack Obama is "frightening." The remarks come on the heels of the mega-mouthed billionaire questioning whether Obama was born on U.S. soil.

Let's be frank. If you don't agree with the president's policies, criticize him and tell us your solution. But Whoopi Goldberg had it right. She said this to Trump: "Do you ever ask any white president to show his birth certificate?" When John McCain ran for office, no one questioned his birth certificate — but he was born in the Panama Canal Zone, while our president was born in Hawaii. In other words, this is "racist" using code names.
Calling him the "n" word is reprehensible and offensive, but it would be more honest than this birther stuff.
