The same blacks who think Bill Clinton was the best President ever....

I'd say most of Bush's criticisms are based off of the perception that his policies and the policies of Republicans in general favor the rich white people, and not middle class or poor black people.

Even in the face of the fact that more blacks became succesful business owners during GWB's presidency, the GOP can't shake it's bad reputation.

Then, GWB had some SERIOUS missteps that took his perception by many straight down the toilet....

Fortunately, nothing has happened during Obama's Presidency that would rival Katrina.


The GOP hasspent years building their reputation.

GWB wasn't always hated and defnitely did not start out with his popularity being so low. Why did it end the way it did?

Your in denial if you think it doesn't go both ways. Bigots come in all colors. What's Katrina go tot do with race? I remember an interview of a white man located next city or state over stating we going without too.

A white republican doesn't have much chance with programed minorities.

But not because the Republican is white.

That is why I brought up Clinton.


It is the perception of the GOP being in favor of rich white people over everyone else that draws the ire of many minorities-- but definitely not all.
