PO - - Can Rick Perry do the job?

I'd consider voting for Perry if he ran, even with a little smirk about his Trans-Texas Corridor. I didn't agree with that then, and I still don't to this day.

As for his pro-buisness stance, yes, Texas has suffered her share of economic woes. But, our woes have been far less than even the national average; I'd have to do a little research, but I believe we've faired quite well through it all. After all, the Dallas skyline continues to change daily. So, something must be going good for us.

And, last but certainly not least, if the man threatens secession from the US as Governor of Texas, I wouldn't put it past him to threaten secession from the global community we've so terribly seen take its course as a nation.
