its actually unconstitutional, and if challanged it would not uphold.
the Military in itself allows for all sorts of religions and chaplains, so the military itself acknowladges religion.
every sunday there is church in boot camp, there is church aboard ships at sea on sunday.
this could be over ruled, some one just has to put a foot down,
infact when a soldier dies or a vet dies there religious recognition like when i was in the military was chirstianity, If i was KIA , my funeral would have been under a christian burial .... usually this is held by the family
