My brothers all did this in our living room when they were that age. Actually they did much better than that! Thank GOD my parents didn't put them in front of the church! 
(not to mention spread all across national tv )

How does a kid that can't read get a message from a Bible text ? And I'm not saying God can't use this boy.But how can he make sure his message is rooted in the scripture ?

He can't. He's a smart kid, but he's only parroting his dad.
