LOL!! That is what I thought when I read his post.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Correct. All speakers and headphones are rated to be able to produce at a specific audible range. So, the original poster is pretty much posting nonsense.

Well, in this part of the world we call those people cowards! If you have to talk about me behind my back, they need a backbone installation!

You're not even aware of the equipment I was using! How am I full of nonsense? Pathetic!

Yes, a typical cheap pair of headphones will probably have a 20-18,000 hertz range and most over 10 bucks will list 20-22,000/24,000, although their REAL range will be much less. The average person in their 20's with good hearing (who didn't blow it listening to loud music in their bedroom or sitting in hours and hours of church) cannot hear above 16,000. They just can't.
There are a few VERY high end super tweeters a person can buy for their stereo's which can just reach 100,000 -but this it utterly ridiculous since NO music has content in that range and even if it did it is at the very highest end of what bats can hear (way beyond dogs!).

I wasn't utilizing headphones and I wasn't listening to music....
Yeah, I decided to lie about what I heard.... So I went to the hospital and gave away $200.00 because I just wanted to spend money? You're pathetic.

Re: I went to the hospital today.
JL, I'm just glad you were discharged and still have your hearing. I think all of us have been in an exploratory mood at one time or the other without knowing or realizing any consequences of what it was we were curious about...

What equipment were you using?
Although I fully expect your answer to be "well, NOW I'm not going to tell you! Pathetic!".

I think that is the standard thought all over the world but....emergency room staff see so many weird things and they talk about it to each other, especially if they thought it was funny.
