What glory does God get out of someone running into a wall, hitting someone in the face, falling down and exposing their body?,.....and the list goes on!
It turns out what we talk about is the actions of a particular individual and the reputation they have for "walking on the back of the pews, always being the first to take off running, screaming or what ever "they" do!" and not about the goodness and greatness of God.
Who gets the glory? Think about it!

I was going to post a few hours ago, but the computer battery passed out, and I went on to bed after having worked a 14.5 hour shift.
I do believe that God got the glory, however, she was brand new in the church, and needed little education. Those things come in time. I never saw a woman in a skirt that was short enough to pass above her knees go down in the Spirit or out. I have seen that happen with women who had skirts to nearly their ankles. Nor was it a constant thing, and very often they were quickly covered to prevent any possible immodesty.
Longer skirts are safest for women to worship in.

In my mind I am barely trying to keep from laughing and saying "Well big woopdie diddlie doo!".
To this day I still remember that smug look on his face and think about where he went shortly after that evening.

I have known when tongues and interpretation would go forth before it occurred. I recently took a trip and knew in advance that there were going to be tongues and interpretation, and that God wanted to use me. However, I heeded the instruction that I learned through men who were used in the gifts for many years, said nothing, and left myself open for God to use. While I was gone, I saw a prophetic utterance, and three tongue and interpretation. God used those He found available.
I shudder to think at the arrogance displayed by that individual, because an attitude like that is headed into deep trouble. From what you have said, I take it that he entirely blew what he was attempting to do, made an idiot of himself, and brought a reproach upon the gifts of the Spirit?
