Re: What are you doing at this very moment?
Done with work which was a huge bummer today. My coworkers mother completed a suicide by gunshot yesterday and she came to work today because she would have been at home alone and was afraid of having the time to think.
On the way home I had an appointment to get an eye exam and new glasses and found out I have some weird eye disease that is going to require surgery to fix, Ugh! The idea of having my eyeball laid out on my cheek sufficiently creeped me out enough to head to Landry's and split the crab platter with a friend.
Got the milking done and now I'm chillin' with you peeps.

After having lasik surgery done, eye surgery no longer frightens me. You'll be fine.

How did it work for you?
I'm not a candidate for lasik but can have an older, not as neat and easy procedure called PRK... ewwww...
OK my friend is on my other laptop and she says they don't take the eye out. Thank God!

I wish that I could afford to have the lasik surgery done, however, that takes more money than I have at the moment.

We had ours done about 5 1/2 years ago and took advantage of a $500 per eye deal in Milwaukee, WI. We also got a "Carecredit" medical credit card and both me and my wife had it done for two grand.

Re: What are you doing at this very moment?
I heard that it would cost me about that much alone two get both eyes done. I will have to do more research. I would love to be done with glasses permanently. I envy (in all Christian love of course) all I hear who have had this done. All I ever hear are people who say how great it is to not wear glasses.
P.S. I went to work, came home, went to bed, slept, woke, am now on AFF, and fixing to be at work in a couple of hours.

sitting here at work, eating pretzels, will be off in about an hour.
looking forward to seeing my dog, Siegfried, he gives the best welcomes ever,
and watching Dexter with my husband.
I will also need to log into DAoC and see if the guild needs anything, like people invited, things from the guild vaults, guild bonus buff put up, ect.
