I'm drinking water, have to fast for my pet scan at 9am.

I found out yesterday that I have a Vitamin B12 deficiency, means I need to eat more meat, and take supplements . . . I take vitamins so, I was kind of shocked as I thought the supplement would make up for not eating meat, but I guess not.

Today was a day off.......so I baked Gluten free Brownies for my husband and made ribs for dinner. I try to fix special meals when I'm off since we eat out alot on the days we both work.

yay today I don't have to do anything, anything at all.
So I can follow my schedule at a leisiurely pace and savour it.

drink coffee and post on AFF
read my daily reading from my one year ESV bible
pray
yoga
walk doggie pie, aka Siegfried
this is week 2 on my cleaning schedule, so clean the great room.
then a block of free time to read, nap, play on my computer
out for an early dinner with hubby
a few episodes of Dexter
Sleepy time
life is so good, so sweet, so delicious, particularly on Saturday!!!!

oh, and I bought this really pretty skirt from the Gap, and found a top to match it at White House Black Market,
and I'm looking forward to wearing them to church tomorrow.
