Please find the term 'personal conviction' in scripture? When you do, I will begin believing in them, LOL! Illuminating is the fact that every person I have ever heard use the term has a pre-made list of the ones I should have in order to be saved.

"He" will convict. The Holy Spirit will convict. Not your beliefs, nor any other man or orgs beliefs will convict, but HE will convict.

Funny, didn't you just start a great big thread about leaving the guidlines of an org because the Spirit was leading you else where ? That's personal conviction.
