Can we make a new policy that bans people that leave the upc. Bans will be lifted when they are no longer bitter against the org.

I know I know I know!
I just think this is one of the best quotes of the series!
I hope you do know that most of the producers of the various Star Trek franchises are actively pretending that V never existed since it doesn't fit into any of the continuity.
