I used to believe 1948 was the start of some countdown of the final generation...the fig tree is not the Nation of Israel, contrary to popular belief.

I thought the first was attainable, at least. I don't expect much more than to insert an idea into the conversation. I'm not really so zealous about it, but it doesn't hurt in the face of that much politics, imo, to state the ideal.
