The principle is found in having a day of rest and family devotion. Something most don't experience on days when they are rushing to Sunday services.
Let's say that the day one chooses to worship corporately doesn't matter. Technically we aren't talking about days of corporate worship anyway.
What are some ways we can rediscover the principle of the Sabbath in our lives? I mean, going beyond the pat theological response that Jesus is our Sabbath. Let's move into the realm of application and practice.
Do you sabbath? Do you have one day wherein you and your family rest, worship together, and seek the refreshing of your souls through the blessings of recreation God has given you?

Take a vacation....
On a serious note though, your question assumes the person has a family. Some of us are single and young. We don't enjoy staying at home on saturday doing nothing. 10 hours of sleep is good enough for me...i'd like to hang out without my buddies....
