Well I am not sacrificing the animal, I am producing food. But if you are following Levitical food laws you are not eating pork anyway... which is good because boars smell and taste like scat (poop) when cooked if left intact... disgusting. I personally love a good pork chop and ribs are wonderful but I understand why some people are Kosher after once roasting a boar pig... It took a full day to get the smell out of my nose... Boar taint... ewww.
Bulls can and will attack people on pasture... every year experienced farmers and ranchers are killed and maimed by bulls. I put the safety of my grandchildren and myself as a top priority and steer all my meat calves. Plus having them fence jumping, riding each other and all that... nawww... and buck goats... well I'll have to let you google up their behaviors because someone will never forgive me if I start talking about how they will urinate and worse, much worse on you as you walk by... No intact male animals here, uh-uh... but more power to you, really.
As for me and my house we will cut and band... and judge no man in meat or drink.
