Studying religion at school. Help?

Dear all,

My name is a Rachel and I’m a 20-year-old Evangelical living in London. I’m studying religion and I would be very grateful if you could please fill out a quick questionnaire about your faith. It shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes and all your answers are completely ANONYMOUS (I will be the only person that sees them), DELETED as soon as they are used, and LEGALLY IMPOSSIBLE to trace back to you. You can either print it, fill it out, and scan it or you can answer it directly on your computer by typing your answer in bold next to the question if it requires you to write an answer or highlighting your answer in bold if it requires you to circle the answer. If you do decide to help, please email me your results by FRIDAY MARCH 16th.

Any help that you guys can offer would be absolutely invaluable to spreading the message of Christ and will hopefully allow you to revisit what you love most about your faith as well, like this project is doing for me.
