Yes, apparently so. It just makes me wonder what kinds of bias she has in her courtroom. If it in fact extends to other things.

Well, Barack Obama appointed a Supreme Court Justice and she was confirmed and she said that as a minority female she would do a better job than a while male. Does that sound like bias or racism or sexism?

I guess we all have biases. But, a judge is supposed to be impartial.
