What do you see as a hindrance to democracy by the current administration?

Honestly, absolutely nothing.
There is nothing accomplished by this Adminstration and there is nothing that can be accomplished by this Adminstration to stop American citizens from exercising their right to vote.
However, this is a very broad question. Maybe you have something specifc in mind that you would like to discuss.
As always,
I love you Big Sis!

Specifically the arms to Mexico deal, and the President using executive privilege to keep the AG from appearing before Congress.
I love you as well.

"Mr. Issa said his investigation had uncovered no evidence and now had no strong suspicion that Mr. Holder had known about or authorized a tactic used in Fast and Furious called gunwalking. Under the practice, investigators do not swiftly interdict weapons and arrest low-level suspects in an effort to build a larger case."

I have stated my opinion on this before, but I wanted to make sure that there wasn't something else I was missing.
There is nothing in this case that smacks of obstruction of democracy, but there is a lot in this "scandal" that smacks of a political witch hunt. Remember, during the last Adminstration, Rumsfield was forced to step down and Gonzalez was forced to step down.
This "scandal" had nothing to do with the death of BP Agent Terry or with the 2nd Amendment. The politcal powers that be tried to incorporate both of these concepts into this mess, but when you get to the bottom of all of this, it is easy to see the politics behind this.
President Obama's assertion of Executive Privilege was an attempt to end the politcal charade.
The "Fast and Furious" scandal is not much more than an attempt to embarass the President and his Adminstration during this election season.

The people from our party that have been pressing Holder throughout this political debacle do not care about the 175 dead Mexicans. They only want to embarass Holder and the President and in doing so, score political points.

I don't understand how you can simply dismiss this issue as a political witchhunt. Are you saying it didn't happen? Who gave the go ahead? If the AG was not involved, why hasn't he at least found out who was and dismissed them?
If Obama wanted to end a political charade then he would have done the opposite, he would have released all relevant documents to show that there was no wrong doing.
You wanted to give answers based on your "feelings and opinions", you have definatly stuck to that strategy, unfortunately they have clouded your vision to search for the facts.
