I recently read a article that states its the AA being targeted is a myth and percentage rates are not accurate. Of course, I can't verify it.

There are stats which say 79% of Planned Parenthood clinics are located in minority neighborhoods. What percentages rates do you speak of? The high occurrence of abortion in the AA community ??? I'm pretty sure that's accurate. You've read articles which state AA being targeted is a myth, that's great, I con't knock that. But there are sources which state the opposite, so reading articles from both points of view may give you a balanced viewpoint.
What I find it interesting is that people like McCain's Pastor, we all know republicans don't usually cater to race specific issues, say the government enables black genocide. So I can't really say its a matter of playing the race card, non-blacks clearly have nothing to gain from speaking on this issue.
Honestly, I think its a combination of factors, specific issues within the AA community, low marriage rates being a big factor. Adoption rates with AA's are also low.
Regardless, abortion is sad no matter what the race. Women across all color lines who otherwise would not have had an abortion, are having abortions, thanks to the pro-choice agenda.
