Obama needs Biden for a couple reasons:
1. Nobody in their right mind would kill Obama if it meant Biden took over
(Clintons might have BHO killed if Hillary were VP)
2. Biden is such a goof up and gaffe that he makes even BHO look good. It's like the high school girl that hung out with ugly girls so she would look good.
