His church still baptizes in the name of Jesus Christ but he no longer teaches oneness by his own admission and I don't think he ever taught the necessity of baptism. He's been a one-stepper since I can remember, he wasn't always as compromising and liberal as he is now though. Neither were the Brady's for that matter.

like tbf says, td jakes is a one step apostolic. he has not embraced the trinity but has a more nuanced view of oneness by acknowledging a distinction in the modes of the godhead which in my opinion is the way it should be. no sense in alienating trinitarians with dogmatic jesus is the father when you can be more nuanced and win more trinitarians to your ministry. godhead isn't even a salvation issue imho.
