GUILTY! of being a Pastor! I watch some of the "big" preachers getting rich off the tithe and wish (Not!) that I could feel right about taking "all" the tithes. I actually don't take anything but a "weakly," oops! weekly salary. Not complaining!
One thing I don't understand about the operation of some churches. According to IRS regulations a pastor is not supposed to set his on salary. It must be set by a "financial committee" and must be set in relationship to what a job like that would pay elsewhere. Oh, well, that's off subject! Let's get back to the subject.
