That should be not only for high profile men and women in the organized church system, but also for the lowly saints. Too many saints are destroyed by their peers in addition to the leadership in the court of public opinion also. In any church where people put their finances and time into building a body, who should decide guilty or innocence? The people should. The people should never be left in the dark like they are a bunch of morons who cannot decipher truth. Even the bible says that weightier matters should be taken to the
least esteemed of the body.
I Corinthians 6 gives us good sound advice how to handle matters in this life.

Yes, it should be unacceptable but yet, for the last 30-years I've noticed that Apostolics eat their own...throw them to the wolves...or under the bus. I've never understood that.
And you know why this happens? Because in a dysfunctional church, people think that it is ok to throw others under the bus if another is not a carbon copy of manmade rules. And a church system will always reflect the kind of leadership it has.
