DB, I don't know if I agree with that. Going out and buying recreational drugs seems a whole lot different than using a pain killer and finding out you are now addicted to it and can't seem to do without.
I know a person who, tragically, had that happen from a back injury. She didn't know she would become addicted. I understand that some people think that if one pill will work, think of what two will do. I felt sorry for her because of that addiction. She didn't walk into that prescription knowing how the drug would end for her.
