This is where "competitive holiness" leads, to where you look like a foolish prude.
The reason preachers go to camp meetings is to find out something new to preach against.
I had a pastor 40 years ago that went o his dentist and had his gold fillings removed,
Imagine how holy he could tell folks he was .
He was now so much holier than his preacher buddies that only preached against wedding rings.
