Heh. No need to apologize. One time I was called a pseudo-man on a local newspaper forum. He apparently thought I was too logical. LOL. I thought that was funny.

Hey Bro how are you? I pray all is well & that God is blessing you & yours real good!
I finally got my surgery that I have been waiting for for three years
I could have had it sooner but WCB fought me.
I remember coming out of the anasthesia & being real groggy & I thought to myself, "man, people pay money to feel like this---they are crazy!"
My ankle is much better but my ankle modelling jobs dried up---my ankle looks like farankenstein! LOL!

Bless you Brother!

One other thing, regarding mistaking you for a man, I mistook one other poster on here for a man & I will never live that one down.
I posted to her that she posts like a man! LOL!

Brother Stew ought to buy some essential oil called Valor. It supposedly absorbs into the ankle and strengthens the muscles and ligaments around the ankle. Won't hurt to try it.

Ha ha ha!

How could you possibly know by my moniker if I were male or female?
I choose gender-neutral names because I've been on some forums where women were discounted in all they post or women have been called some very unsavory names that cast a dark light upon their character, whether true or not.

So...until I feel safe to reveal my gender, I let people think whatever they want to think.

Fair enough & probably wise!

Seriously Ron, it seems you're late to the game here. This stuff was being aired out all over FB by family members and church members. This was not done discreetly. TB had a videotaped segment of a service on the church website where he was railing on his accusers. There has been very little privacy in all this, including the parties involved. They hung out their own dirty laundry.

Re: Dropped By & Somewhat Dismayed But Not Surpris

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8

Okay - so it may be true, and so most of the posts regarding what happened may have been honest, and some things said may have been just. But was it pure? It certainly wasn't lovely. Was it of a good report? Was there any virtue in discussing it? There certainly wasn't any "praise."

My pastor has taught me: If you aren't part of the problem and you aren't part of the solution - if you discuss it, that is gossip.

I agree with most all of the posters that guidelines need to be in place and churches need to be protected with by-laws etc. that prevent financial disaster and protect the local church body; however, those points could have been raised without all the "Thad-type NEWS FLASH" postings. JMHO

My heart breaks for the saints of this church and for the family that was affected, but I'm not part of the problem nor am I part of the solution - were you? If not, I believe it gossip to discuss it.

And that's all I have to say about that.
