Standard as in this is what God expects. He gave us his life/spirit on the inside for the very purpose of making this reality.

IMO one must first "accept" Jesus. Meaning you accept or "believe" in him. Then you are to be baptized and filled with the Spirit. But it is a given that we must first "accept Jesus". One is not born again when they accept Jesus but thats the first step!
