It means being evaporated. To not exist anymore. Gone completely. You can read "The Fire that Consumes" by Fudge for a complete explanation of it.

Re: The Good News Cafe Forum
My dad was retired air force while I went to army nursing school. I know it's fun for branches of military to pick at each other but hopefully we all know each one has it's purpose. No war is finished til boots are on the ground but no boots go in without control of the air.

Re: The Good News Cafe Forum
"Evangelical Christians agree that a dreadful destiny awaits those who reject God's presence now. According to the traditional majority view, that destiny will involve everlasting conscious torment in hell. However, believers are increasingly questioning the traditional view, finding it unbiblical and inconsistent with God's own character.
This internationally acclaimed book investigates the whole teaching of Scripture on the topic of final punishment, and concludes that hell will involve the irreversible destruction of body and soul, leaving room for whatever degree of conscious torment God justly decrees in any individual case.

The final destruction of the wicked, however long it takes will result in eternal death. Jude calls it "the blackness of darkness" forever.
Peter calls it "the mist of darkness".
Jesus called it "outer darkness".
The nothingness of the absence of life.

Apparently outer darkness is part of the Kingdom of God/Heaven?
Mat 25:14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods......
.........
.........
Mat 25:29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
Mat 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Jesus says that unprofitable servants will be cast away into outer darkness. They were once in his kingdom.

So is GNC closed for GOOD or just renovation?
I can get to the site and even log in, but cannot access any posts.
They all say there has been no activity on there for 30 days.

Well, if no disagreement or questioning of sacred cows is allowed (which is what Rutledge implied recently), than it will go the way of the Apostolic Man forum and never have more than one or two posts every couple of days, eventually evaporating into nothingness.
