Re: He is Still Oneness Pentecostal In Heart
I am cool, not gonna turn back now. I was a Baptist until 1994, in my latter years I started attending Sunday School and hearing the word of God taught in it's entirety. Things I had never heard preached all my life. When I attended the Baptist church, we were never taught about dressing to please God and not to reveal to much of our Body. We swam in scantly attire in mixed company, and did lots of things that I now know is wrong for a Christian to do and for a Child of God to live. I had told my husband that I would NEVER go to a Pentecostal church I was a happy Baptist, but in 1993 I became unhappy in the Baptist church and decided to make a change. What a change it has been. My only regret is, that I didn't raise my three children in the Pentecostal Church. My daughter is a hard shell Nothing, who claims to be Baptist, but she doesn't go to church i'm sad to say. My two sons believe it takes the Holy Ghost and living an overcoming life in the holy Ghost, but they are not ready to commit yet. The things we learn when it's too late to change them....that's why you gotta do it right the first time.
Ant for the guy who feels sorry for me who says I rather be an Apostolic than call myself Christian.....well, you just don't know what you are talkin about. God loved everyone, but when them come to know him, they changed. They didn't leave his as they had come to him and you knew they had been with Jesus.
