Yes and some cities are called sanctuary cities, like Houston. They know they are welcome even illegal.
It is not right that you can be an illegal visitor and not be arrested yet let a legal citizen commit a crime and be arrested and/or fined.
Just not right...but we the American people are not standing up to our government to stop this lawless behavior f our government.
