Well...they could "fence" the entire route. But that is the point, it's nearly impossible so why blame the dogs?

and after the dogs leave the terrorists plant their bombs...It's very ineffective.
All the streets surrounding the area need to be shut down with patrols stopping any foot traffic. Essentially every police man has to be on duty.

I doubt anyone was carrying anyway. BUT if the perpetrators KNEW there was an armed militia always present all over this country at very event, we could probably prevent a lot more of what is going on. Liberals don't get that. We are NOT safe in GUN FREE ZONES. Just sayin'...

Their guns didn't do squat to stop this crime!!!

26 miles, I don't know how many police were protecting and patrolling the area.
