I really don't know what I say repeatedly, so I asked Sarah. She thought about it for a minute and said, "Guess what I did at my workout today?!" 
I do say, "Oh, my word" a lot. In stressful moments, I've also been known to say, "Hellfire and damnation!" much to the consternation of my entire family. XD Hannah always find that particularly shocking.
