I agree, but disagree....

We are human so we vent, but as we are trying to improve our surroundings, shouldn't we try to convert this into calmness thru prayer and meditation?

but then are we venting to God or bottling it up?

hmmmmmmm

Is it possible to vent in a positive form?

Would I be a more positive influence to others and the world if i stopped venting?

If it's not an addiction, then why would it be hard to stop? I'm gonna try, hope no one sees me on the news
