I'm a shy introverted christian single; im not the kind to air my dirty laundry in public but i figured sharing my testimony might help someone out there.
I've had major problems with pornography and other stuff in my "christian" walk. There were times i broke off from the habits for a couple of weeks but after a while fell short. I'd pray through and through but..
Anyways a couple of months ago i decided yet AGAIN to fully surrender to the Lord; made it a habit to kneel down every morning in prayer, and got more devoted to reading the Word. And it's working great! I haven't been to the nasty sites and im in such a good fellowship with Jesus. My self-esteem has also improved. Yes, the temptations to pull me back keep coming (even stronger) but i remember Paul's words that I gotta let the Spirit take control and not my flesh. I have the fear it might be temporary and i'll soon fall short but i'm trusting and hoping that the Good Lord sees me through. It's not that easy but it's worth it.
So yeah there goes my simple testimony
