Well, pros opening statement focused exactly on what I thought it would focus on...the 911 tape and statements made by GZ, including asking the 911 operator to have the police call him to see where he was when they got there.

I thought it was interesting the pros allegation that GZ's head injury was only a centimeter or two and didn't require stitches...and that GZ wanted to return to work right away. I would think that if he's getting his head bashed to the point where he's in fear of his life that it would 1) cause more significant injury; and 2) he wouldn't be going back to work the next day or two.

I had to leave for a second and it appears there's a sidebar, recess or something because the feed is just showing the state seal.
