Are you condoning what TM's parents did? I think what PO is trying to say is that she does not. TM's family LIED UNDER OATH and changed their testimonies, allowing GZ to be accused of killing their son in cold blood when they KNOW, KNOW, KNOW that their son was a troublemaker who fought regularly, did drugs, was a thief, acted as a thug, thrived on drawing blood, got expelled from school, on and on. They purposefully withheld evidence and allowed others to do the same. The entire Prosecution team played dirty; including the Martin family.

While I will never believe that TM *deserved* to die, and I know that his parents must be in tremendous pain over the loss of their son; I will never condone how they handled this event. I will never condone their tactics, lying, and CAUSING GZ to suffer as he has for the past 16 months. How dare they! What they have done is criminal (as in, against the law), literally. Again, how dare they!

What are you going to say when GZ is compelled to testify in a civil case. He will not be able to hide behind his lawyers then.
Will you change your opinion when he is compelled to scream help on the stand and its not the same voice as the 911 tape?
