Yes, this issue is obviously no longer
fundamental enough to warrant all the fuss. Some ships are able to turn quickly, some can only turn slowly, yet others can even tack upwind. And some
begin a turn, lose part of the starboard bow (right side) from battery explosion, limp to harbor, attempt repairs, and return a bit more fleet-footed.
