Use your head. Please! Its both parties fault. Why does it matter? Do you think the GOP thought they had a chance to really repeal the mandate? After the Senate shot it down, Obama came out and said he would veto anything that repealed the mandate. So what do you stupid GOPers do? Continue to pass bills that repeal the mandate. So, like I said, GOP and DEM are both to blame for the shutdown. Why? Because the GOP continued to press for something that they knew wouldnt pass, and the DEM for not compromising. Your a partisan hack. I voted DEM. That in now way stops me from calling them out.
