Yes, there are many reasons, but I believe probably the big thing is as you said, "

There is so much training needed. I told my granddaughter, while she was shopping with her dad and I, that she needed to buy more healthier foods, she said, she would but she couldn't afford them. Her dad told her, "to set down and figure how much she spent on junk food,"
