Every Sunday is also "resurrection Sunday." I guess we should do nothing special for easter, either.

Hopefully, most churches have guests every Sunday. If not we're not doing our job.

the churches that acknowledge Pentecost sunday usually have some type of outreach servcie or rally. the UPC makes a big push for visitors , prayer & fasting

Not only the UPC, several full gospel and aog churches do as well. Even the Catholic churches around here teach about Pentecost on Pentecost Sunday. Ummm, I'm sure their presentation is a little different than ours.

I know. I understand what it's about. They had this some promotion while we were still in the UPC.
