How did this happen???
These cops beat the living mess out of Kelly Thomas. They tasered him like 2 times. His face was totally jacked up and he died. If you saw the video and followed the trial, can you explain how they got away with murder?

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.

I can't explain it because it makes me angry and sad.

I really, really, REALLY don't like when cops do this kind of stuff and are NOT held accountable!

It diminishes the public's trust in the general good will of our law enforcement officers.

The RCMP shoots people, and shoots to kill.

I'm really sad and angry. I saw the video when it first came out. What the officers did to this man was brutal and cold-blooded murder. You can bet there will be a civil suit against these scumbags.

I just don't understand how the jury acquitted them all of all charges.

A Jury acquitted both OJ and the Rodney King cops...

That said, I don't understand it either. I saw the video. It was brutal. I've seen photos from the hospital as well. The guy was brutally assaulted and murdered by these cops.

True, though the Rodney King cops were retried and found guilty.

Then the thugs that beat the mess out of Reginald Denny got off scott free.


I agree. He was beaten up, not subdued. He was assaulted. It's clear from the video the man's mind was incoherent and the thug cop made it worse by threatening to beat the mess out of him.

That scared the guy and he started resisting. Im not sure I wouldn't either if I feared for my life, being surrounded by amped up cops making fists at you and threatening to hurt me
