No but you mentioned the five fold ministry and one was "prophet".
What is a prophet if not someone who prophecies?

prophetess, Anna the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was very old, having been married to her husband for seven years until his death.
On the Five Fold Ministry being all masculine nouns...thats not really a good argument.
Church is feminine and covers both gender believers.
There may be other nouns such as "brethren" meant to refer to both genders
"Believers" is masculine. Jews is.
