Cindy Sheehan Quits!!
The attention ho 'resigns' as face of anti-war movement, says she's penniless, marriage over, relationship with kids strained!
I guess the liberal activists with money got all the milage they could out of her. Her mental state must have started her into being damaged goods!
It seems her claim to fame has cost her everything!

Not sure I care for the way this is worded, PM, but yes...I saw where she quit. I didn't read it all, but she seems to be blaming the Dems...
And I'm sure you are correct...her grief had a great deal to do with everything.

I toned it down from what many call her! I understand what you're saying though!

Guess it depends on where one is standing. I saw a brokenhearted mother...at any rate it is tragic what has become of her life through this.
And thankx for understanding, PM...

Sis. Barb,
While I too saw a broken hearted mother, I also saw a pawn in the hands of politicos with an agenda. She was used and cast aside. If she is pointing her finger at the democrats then she is right on target with her accusations.

I have to agree with you and Barb on this one. I've felt (mostly) sympathy for her from the get-go. Folks who have lost a child or been close to someone who has can feel a bit more empathy for her, in spite of her crazy (and very irritating) antics.
Any articles I've read about Cindy Sheehan have screamed out two things: Grief and Hysteria.

This all may be true, however, being duped doesn't indicate anything other than a person was duped...again JMHO...

Yep... This whole scenario is just a good example of the principalities & powers of this world and how they will abuse you and leave beaten and broken when they are through.
It is also a perfect example of how we, as those who endeavor to be Christ like, should be able to keep the flesh and blood separate from the principalities & power that are running said flesh & blood down a path of destruction.
Flesh and blood should find the ability, in a Christians eyes, to be wrong without being wronged, to be mislead without being mistreated.
I'm not saying that one should sit still and never stand for anything. I am saying that, when a Christian takes a stand, they should always be able to remember that the stand is against the principles and never the person.
(Assuming one is right on any particular subject....)
If someone who actively believes differently than I is destroyed with their message then I can claim, whether rightly or not, that I am a conqueror.
If someone who actively believes differently than I is turned from the principle that was incorrect and yet saved from being destroyed personally... then... I am MORE than a conqueror.
God send Cindy Sheehan someone to minister to her in this brokenness. Someone to help her find an effective grieving process so that she can move on past the tragic loss of her son. God help Cindy find truth, life, and that more abundantly. If Cindy Sheehan is to made a tool... make her a tool of your own Lord... for you are a just and fair taskmaster.
