I do not know exaclty what side you are on, but this is my take from years of experience.
The truth is that a healthy church does have growth, it is the sick churches which eventually wither and die.
I have seen churches die, and it was sad that the Pastors did not understand tha they were the cause for their own churches death. It all comes from the top.
Those pastors blame their congregation or other factors for the death of their church, but the truth is that around them other similar churches were thriving and growing.
If the church in the next block is growing, how can the fault be in the area or city?
