Yes indeed. We can be set free from fleshly sins that beset us. He who the SON sets free is free indeed.
However, it is the little foxes that spoil the vine though... the things in our hearts that may not be so obvious as an outward fleshly sin, that need to be dealt with on a daily basis. Loving your neighbor as you love yourself, is one that will probably need to be worked on... on a daily basis. Especially if your neighbor is not so lovable.
