I'm sure each situation is different and if a person claims rape, the details will have to be investigated. How can anyone say unequivocally that it's one way or the other in every situation?

And vice versa. If a guy is sloppy drunk and wants sex and his girlfriend or even another girl agrees then that's not rape either.

That's why I said "bordering." A gentleman will walk away from an incapacitated woman, but it isn't necessarily criminal to be a jerk.

But that's the problem. Rape right now is was she drunk? Yes. Did a guy have sex we with her? Yes. Rape!

I'd advise that college students be briefed on the dangers in this area and encouraged NOT to put themselves into compromising positions wherein they are highly intoxicated.

Absolutely. 
This shouldn't be an issue with apostolics, for neither the alcohol nor "fornicating" part.
